Prashant Makhija

Prashant joined Sanctuary in May 2022 and is a Senior Manager in Sanctuary’s Trusts and Fiduciary team.  He has a decade of experience and an extensive knowledge of trust administration, compliance, corporate governance and family office matters.

Prashant previously worked for an institutional sized Middle East based Single Family Office where he was instrumental in the set up and ensuring the appropriate processes and protocols were in place.

At Sanctuary, Prashant is responsible for ensuring proper governance of our clients’ PTCs, foundations and family offices.

Prashant is a member of the following professional bodies:

• ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK & Ireland)
• ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India)
