Just last month, PrettyLittleThing Founder Umar Kamani sold the most expensive plot in the history of the UAE on Jumeirah Bay Island at a staggering AED 125 Mn. He has now broken this record with the recent sale of a neighbouring plot for AED 128 Mn.

Dubai-based Boutique Advisory Firm, Sanctuary Corporate Services has played a key role in both these record-breaking transactions and was instrumental in advising Umar on his asset planning structure and facilitating the transaction through their team of experts.

Deepak Malhotra, CEO and Pranali Shetty, Head of Client Operations at Sanctuary played a key role in not only providing structuring advice but also executing the sale of the plots.

Kirk William Revisa, Managing Director at KONVEY was the conveyancer on both the deals and played a pivotal role, partnering with Sanctuary on this transaction.

“Transactions like these have not only set a new precedent in the real estate market but have also solidified the UAE’s position as a premier destination for investments in the eyes of HNW and UHNW individuals and families across the globe” said Deepak Malhotra, CEO at Sanctuary.

With their years of experience in advising clients on complex structuring and succession planning matters and unparalleled expertise in setting up ADGM foundations, Sanctuary provided valuable insights and guidance to Umar Kamani and his team.
