Alistair Roger Paine

As the Head of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Sanctuary, Alistair oversees the entire operations for Sanctuary in KSA and leads our on the ground teams in the country. Alistair has extensive experience working within Saudi Arabia and is well versed with the local laws and regulations.  

Prior to joining Sanctuary in 2023, Alistair has worked in the corporate services and company formation space within the region for the past 7 years.  

Alistair has personally assisted and incorporated over 1,500 companies in the Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar across a multitude of sectors, and has significant experience and knowledge of all major licensing jurisdictions in these countries.  

Alistair and his team in Riyadh will be working closely with all our clients with advising, consulting and then executing suitable structures and services to meet all of their needs and requirements. These range from company formation with the Ministry of Investment, Iqama and visa processing, ZATCA registration, Corporate Tax advice, Corporate Bank Account opening and much more.
