Hasnain Qaiyumi joined Sanctuary in September 2025 as a Company Secretary Assistance Manager, bringing with him over 6 years of international experience in corporate governance and compliance. He is a trusted advisor on secretarial matters, ensuring robust governance and regulatory adherence for client entities across the UK, UAE, and Indian markets.
Hasnain's expertise covers all aspects of corporate governance and secretarial compliances for client entities. This includes end-to-end board management, corporate restructuring, managing dividend distributions, and navigating complex KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Sanctuary, Hasnain was a Corporate Governance Executive at a Financial Trader in Dubai. He also served as a Co-sec Analyst at Morgan Stanley supporting the EMEA & Americas regions and began his career with a prominent legal advisory firm in India.
He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and holds a Bachelor of Legislative Law and a Graduate degree in Business Commerce.
